SESSION FEES AND LENGTH OF SERVICE
CONFIDENTIALITY
Upon initial intake a diagnostic assessment will be given and services will be determined upon the results. Most client sessions are 45-60 minutes in length for individual and family counseling. Rates for counseling are $100 per session with a sliding scale fee option for clients who cannot afford the full cost of services. Group sessions are 1 ½ hours and the cost is determined upon services rendered and number of attendees. All costs and services can be discussed for detailed customization of services.
All of our communication becomes part of the clinical record, which is accessible to you upon request. I will keep confidential anything you say as part of our counseling relationship, with the following exceptions: (a) you direct me in writing to disclose information to someone else, (b) it is determined you are a danger to yourself or others (including child or elder abuse), or (c) I am ordered by a court to disclose information.
